Expect to wait an insane amount of time. Not enough staff for the location near the beach. Good treats but the amount of wait time is excessive.

I love soft-serve ice cream and the fact that this DQ is within walking distance of home is bad. Very, very bad. Be prepared for a wait if you come on a warm weekend evening.

Prepare to wait forever for your order. Literally watching the clock countdown for the drive thru and people are sitting in their cars waiting for nearly 20 minutes. Inside is about the same, with the bonus of watching the underpaid staff give customers attitude for requesting brownies in their brownie blizzard. The inside looks like it was cleaned once a few years ago and I'm pretty sure that was the last time they ordered half the ingredients for their blizzards too, so come with a backup plan when they can't make your first order.

This is my favorite hamburger place in Jacksonville Beach. I love the burgers here. Like any fast food chain it has its ups and downs but the good food makes it worth it. Sometimes it is crowded here sometimes it is not but the main constant is the good food and fun environment.

Pretty good service. The drive through sometimes gets extremely backed up and takes a long time but regardless they were as friendly as you would expect someone in the fast food industry to be.

This place sucks. Service is awful. Ice cream tastes like pine sol. Lady called me the N word for no reason. Racist workers with no respect for customers. I asked if it was miracle day; they said "no," but it was. Don't go here ever.

Of course good for quick dessert...Jacksonville beach location kinda slow, and I have been asked to pull and wait for my order a few times...usually because they are "making it fresh". Well I usually get a blizzard if I want a quick sweet treat but last time I tried the new 'bakes'. I got the brownie bake which was warm and gooey and paired with ice cream and whipped cream. It was a nice change from your typical frozen selection.

I want to like this place... But they're always so slow :( The staff is friendly and kind and it's convenient so I keep going back. Last time, we didn't even have a line and yet the wait was bizarrely long. Sorry, DQ, I'm breaking up with you.

I wish I could select negative stars..... Took forever, forgot gravy, the toast was folded and half the normal size. The gravy had large clumps...they put the gravy container in the microwave, which melted the lid. The worst DQ I have ever been to.

This place is disgusting. The toilets actually overflowed while we were eating our ice cream. And the employees couldn't have cared less. I don't blame them, I understand making minimum wage doesn't give you much reason to give a crap, but come on!! There are more children than adults here- call a plumber. They were also out of ice and ketchup. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
